Optional Additional Charges:
Welcome pack on arrival (bread, butter, milk, water, jam, wine, fresh fruit, juice ) £20.
Mid stay cleaning service can be arranged;
Basic cleaning £20 per clean
Basic cleaning including a change of sheets and towels £35 per clean.
Terms and Conditions
- The price includes accommodation for up to 2 persons plus a baby, electricity, bed linen and towels etc
- We ask that you bring your own beach towels.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.
- If booking within 8 weeks payment in full is required.
- There is a £100 / €110 returnable security deposit.
- Payment to be paid by direct debit into our bank account, sorry no cheques. Contact us for details.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking but there are ample open spaces.
- We highly recommend holiday insurance as deposits cannot be returned.
